Suburban Chicago High School Senior Photography, Plainfield Family Photography

The year? 2006.  A hot & rainy August afternoon in the suburbs of Chicago.  The setting? One of my favorite and most beloved of locations.  The subjects?  Three really awesome and fun kids with a flair for creativity and a willingness to create some unique, fun images that truly highlighted their personalities at the time and showcased their good looks.

It is no secret that the C Kids have been some of my favorite subjects over the years.  The fun image of the little girl with the boys in the background (see below) hung prominently in my studio as a 30×40 canvas for my time at my Wilmington Illinois photography studio.  Clients from all throughout Chicagoland would travel to the studio and that image greeted them at the front.  It was rare for a client to not remark about the image.

Much the same as so many sessions since, we also created some really soulful and artful images of these kids individually.  I focused on A’s session awhile back (SEE HERE) but this post is actually about the boys, L & E.

A few weeks ago I got the call inquiring about putting together a senior session for the two of them.  These adorable little guys:

are now all grown up and about to embark on the first part of their lives as young adults.  It was a complete pleasure to be able to revisit with these kids and to focus on getting some really great high school senior photos for the boys.  So instead of my yammering on and on about the process let’s get to it.  But first an “after” for my before family photograph from up above:
