Roadtrip with the Marmalades
Archive Post
This post is part of the Marmalade Photography archive. We sincerely apologize - some images from our pre-2011 content were lost during a site migration and we have been unable to recover them. The writing and memories remain, and we are grateful you found your way here.
Wow. Just. Wow. The trip to, at and coming home from Yellowstone was something else. The beauty of the West just inspires me and is breathtaking and there really are no words. I feel like I am changed forever, feel a renewed sense of “bond” with my family and I feel more one with nature. I have so much to say but really can’t bear to part with words at this time of the morning (although, quite honestly I am still on Mountain Time however even then it’s almost 2 a.m. as I type this). Being a visual person, I’ll tell part of the story with images. There’s a lot so hold on to your hats, cowboys and cowpokes!
In the next entry (later today probably) I’ll discuss what we did, give some links and talk about the fun we had (and in Marmalade fashion I’ll talk hiking boots, where to stop to shop in the vicinities and some online hook ups of terrific (and funny) interest. Because we just got back tonight and as soon as I could I started editing a few images I still don’t have the words to describe what we’ve seen….
On a biz related note: I have a ton of business stuff to take care of. I am officially back in office on the 25th however I will be answering some calls and emails in the days preceding.
