Strength: how do you define it?
Is it in your abiity to get up and walk around unassisted?
Is it purely in your personal faith, strength of beliefs, strength that the unknown is a place of peace & comfort?
Is it strength in the bonds you feel for the young children who share your blood?
My father is the strongest man I know, even now as age is slowly weeping his physical strength away. It is bittersweet to go visit him and my mom these days. I cannot help but leave their home with the knowledge that the sands of time will be running out sooner vs. later…
