When I started Marmalade Photography (almost) 20 years ago my very first session was in a home setting. While it may seem weird to be nostalgic about such things, going on location to capture families, especially littles, at home strikes a cord with me. I get excited about exploring light in my client’s homes, finding little nooks and crannies or even the challenge of providing a studio like environment in the comfort of a client’s home.
I’ve been photographing this family before “big brother” was born and it’s been nothing short of an honor to watch the Littles grow and watch this family become a family. I love these faces and to watch the personalities emerge truly has been a privilege I cannot overstate.
